The preparation
Step 1:
Put the soy sauce, red wine, bay leaves, rosemary, paprika, and garlic in a baking dish and mix well.
Step 2:
Then salt the chicken, place it in the dish, and coat it several times with the sauce. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 3:
In the meantime, wash the potatoes and cut them into strips with the skin on. Peel the carrots and cut them into quarters. Peel the onion and cut it into strips with the bell pepper.
Step 4:
After an hour, remove the chicken from the dish and add all the vegetables to the sauce in the dish. Distribute everything evenly. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
Step 5:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat. Cover the baking dish again and place in the oven. Bake for approx. 1 hour.
Step 6:
After approx. 1 hour, remove the lid or aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Done!
