Delicious vegan vegetable broth

For our vegan cooking enthusiasts, here is something truly delicious. A homemade vegetable stock prepared from fresh ingredients. Simple and quick.

Whether for soups or as a stock for other dishes, homemade simply tastes best.
Ingredients

1 carrot
1 onion
1 leek
1/2 celeriac
2 sticks of celery
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
2 bay leaves
Water
1 glass of white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil

The preparation


Step 1:

Pour the water and wine into a saucepan.

Step 2:

Slice the leek and celery. Peel and dice the carrot, onion, celeriac and garlic, then add to the water along with the bay leaves, olive oil, parsley, coriander, paprika, leek and celery. Bring to the boil.

Step 3:

When the water boils, reduce the heat to low, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 1 hour. Cover with a lid.

Step 4:

After cooking, you can remove the vegetables from the broth or use them with the vegetables.
